Standalone Add On Policy
For patients not currently enrolled in a Core HRT Package, a one time Initial Workup Fee of $150.00 is required when purchasing Gonadorelin Monotherapy or Sermorelin separately. This fee covers the mandatory specialized lab work needed for your initial assessment and subsequent treatment follow up.
